At Sans Getaways and Planning, we offer flexible payment plan options to help you secure your trip or event while managing your budget.
Deposit & Final Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event or travel date.
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods.
Pricing is only locked in once full payment is received.
Available Payment Plan Options
We offer different plans to suit your needs:
Standard Installment Plan
25% deposit to secure your spot.
Remaining balance split into monthly or bi-weekly payments.
Full balance due 30 days before travel or event date.
Custom Payment Plan
Work with us to design a plan that fits your timeline.
Custom schedules may include more or fewer payments based on your date and budget.
Minimum down payment may apply.
Deferred Payment Plan
Available for bookings made well in advance.
25% deposit upfront.
The remaining balance can be deferred for a period, then paid in full or in installments by the final due date.
Short-Term Plan
If your date is near, split the balance over 4 to 8 weeks.
Requires the same 25% deposit upfront.
Payment Plan Terms
Payment plans are offered by request and must be approved by Sans Getaways and Planning.
Installments must be paid on time to keep your booking secure.
Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of your booking.
The final payment must be made at least 30 days before your event or travel date.
Late Payments
Payments not made on time will be charged a late fee of 5% of the remaining balance or JMD $3,500, whichever is greater, per week overdue.
Late fees can add up to 20% of the total booking cost.
Services may be paused or canceled if payments stay overdue for more than 14 days.
Reinstating Services
If your booking is paused or canceled due to missed payments, you can reactivate it by paying the full overdue balance plus any late fees. Reinstatement depends on availability and may not guarantee the original terms.
Disputes & Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment was missed in error, contact us within 7 days to resolve it.
