Using Our Services
We offer travel and event planning services. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to follow these terms.
Booking and Payments
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the travel or event date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure options.
- Prices may change until full payment is received.
Late Payments
- If a payment is missed, a late fee of 5% of the remaining balance or JMD $3,500 (whichever is greater) will be applied weekly.
- Fees may continue until the total overdue amount is paid, up to 20% of the booking value.
- Services may be paused or canceled if payments remain unsettled.
- We may waive fees in special cases at our discretion.
Identification and Pricing
Our rates are set primarily for Jamaican citizens. To access these rates, you must provide a valid ID at booking and at the time of service. Accepted forms of ID include:
- Jamaican Passport
- National ID Card
If no ID is presented, vendors may apply higher “tourist rates,” which we cannot control.
Cancellations and Refunds

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds and cancellation fees depend on the type of service and the timeline.
- Vendor policies may override ours in some cases.
- We’ll try to accommodate emergencies where possible.
Rescheduling and No-Shows
- Rescheduling is possible, depending on availability and vendor terms.
- If no one shows up for a confirmed service or event without notice, no refund will be provided.
Vendor Requirements
Some vendors (like hotels, rentals, or tour operators) may require a valid credit card for incidentals. If you don’t have one, let us know early so we can explore alternatives.
Availability
All services depend on provider availability and may change based on date, location, or season. We recommend booking early to secure your ideal options.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take care to deliver safe and enjoyable experiences, Sans Getaways and Planning is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages during your travel or events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, and photos — is owned by Sans Getaways and Planning and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website by attempting unauthorized access, sending spam, or disrupting its security and functionality.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved under Jamaican law.
